Privacy policy

This policy explains what CraftMint collects, how it is used, when it is shared, and what choices users have.

Section 01

Overview

CraftMint collects the information needed to run the marketplace, review listings, process purchases, deliver downloads, protect the service, and understand how the product is used. We do not sell personal information.

Section 02

Information we collect

  • Account and identity data, such as email address, user id, and buyer or seller status.
  • Marketplace data, such as draft submissions, listing metadata, proof items, reviews, purchases, downloads, refund requests, and support messages.
  • Transaction data, such as Stripe checkout session details, order status, receipt email, and purchase entitlement records.
  • Device and usage data, such as pageviews, referrer, landing page, product views, creator profile views, click events, browser type, and basic technical diagnostics.
  • Error and reliability data used to detect failures, abuse, and security issues.

Section 03

How we use information

  • Provide and operate the CraftMint marketplace.
  • Authenticate users and restore access to drafts and purchases.
  • Review listings before publication and enforce marketplace rules.
  • Process payments, deliver downloads, and handle refunds.
  • Measure product usage, improve listings and flows, and understand which products and creator pages are being viewed.
  • Detect bugs, investigate incidents, and protect the service.
  • Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Section 04

What may be public on the marketplace

  • Public listing pages may display the creator name, handle, listing title, description, supported tools, reviews, ratings, and download or view signals.
  • Proof items, screenshots, and other listing materials a seller chooses to publish may be visible to buyers and visitors.
  • Purchase records, email login details, private support messages, and payment details are not made public as part of the marketplace listing.

Section 05

Payments and service providers

We use third-party providers to operate parts of the marketplace. For example, Stripe processes payments, Supabase stores account and marketplace data, PostHog provides analytics, and Sentry provides error monitoring. These providers may process personal information on our behalf to deliver the service.

Section 06

Analytics, replay, and diagnostics

  • CraftMint uses PostHog for product analytics, including events such as pageviews, product views, creator views, CTA clicks, checkout starts, purchases, and downloads.
  • Session replay only runs where analytics consent is granted in the product flow that asks for it.
  • CraftMint uses Sentry for error monitoring and reliability diagnostics so issues can be detected and fixed quickly.
  • If you submit an email or authenticate, analytics and diagnostics may be associated with that account or transaction.

Section 07

When we share information

  • With service providers that help us run CraftMint.
  • With buyers and sellers as needed to complete a transaction, including access to the purchased product and related listing data.
  • If required by law, legal process, or to protect users, CraftMint, or the public.
  • In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of all or part of the business.

Section 08

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the marketplace, maintain records of purchases and reviews, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer required for those purposes.

Section 09

Your choices

  • You can decline analytics consent where that prompt is offered.
  • You can choose whether to create an account or submit an email.
  • You can contact us to request deletion or ask questions about data associated with your account or purchases.

Section 10

Children's privacy

CraftMint is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Section 11

We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we may update the effective date or provide notice inside the product. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@proxis.ai.
